PFI Condition Assessment Survey
Undertaking detailed surveys of Schools, Hospitals and MoJ facilities as part of the PFI handover planning.
The survey included:

- Lighting system
- Electrical distribution system for incoming power supply
- Heating and ventilation
- Fire detection and suppression systems
- Building structure
- Grounds
Survey output included full asset count, condition and remaining life assessment, maintenance recommendations and replacement cost estimates.
